The Study and Research Center of the National Confederation of Artisans and Small Businessmen (National Co.N.A.P.I.) is the reference structure for the Confederation’s technical and scientific processing.
Established in 2024, it was created to analyze economic, social and employment dynamics affecting crafts, micro and small businesses, self-employment and territories.
Through accurate research, up-to-date interpretive tools and constant listening activity, the Study Center transforms the concrete needs of entrepreneurs into operational proposals and development strategies to support confederal policies. Its work is based on established scientific methods, comparative analysis and continuous monitoring, complemented by a close look at the most significant international experiences.
The Study Center promotes a social vision of enterprise that values work not only as an economic lever, but as an expression of the human person and a way of individual and collective fulfillment. In this approach, enterprise assumes a key role in processes of inclusion, cohesion and territorial development.
In an ever-changing global context, the Study Center expands its gaze to international dynamics, strengthening the federal government’s ability to anticipate change, support competitiveness and enhance the role of business in building a more equitable and resilient economy.
