The Study and Research Center of the National Confederation of Artisans and Small Businessmen (Co.N.A.P.I.) has prepared a questionnaire with the aim of collecting key data on the role of international cooperation in the labor context, with a focus on the integration and training of immigrant workers.
The initiative is designed to understand the specific needs of businesses and artisans regarding the reception and qualification of a workforce from other countries. The aim is to develop training courses in the areas of origin, thus facilitating proper integration of workers into the labor market.
The information gathered will allow for a more precise delineation of the challenges and opportunities related to the integration and training of migrant workers, presenting a detailed view of current dynamics and future prospects.
