Interprofessional Fund

Interprofessional Funds, established by Art. 118 of Law 388/2000 and regulated by Law 289/2002, are bilateral bodies promoted by the Social Partners, with the aim of financing continuing education for employees. They operate subject to authorization by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, which verifies their compliance with the requirements of current regulations.

Companies can join voluntarily, allocating 0.30 percent of the payroll already paid to INPS to the Fund of their choice at no additional charge. These resources are used to support training paths aimed at developing staff skills
