The National Confederation of Artisans and Small Business Owners (CONAPI Nazionale) is firmly committed to continuing education as a key driver of professional growth, innovation, and business competitiveness.

Through its Study and Research Center, in collaboration with bilateral agencies, accredited training institutions, universities, and specialized companies, CONAPI Nazionale analyzes emerging labor market needs and designs highly specialized training programs tailored to artisans, entrepreneurs, and workers.

The training offerings cover strategic areas such as management, communication, human resources, occupational psychology, digital technologies, artificial intelligence, marketing, sustainability, and organizational transformation. From this perspective, training becomes a dynamic tool for enhancing the value of skills and driving change. Each program is designed to address the real needs of businesses, valuing human capital as the primary resource for tackling future challenges.
