Values and Goals

Recalling Article 2 of the Statute, the National Co.N.A.P.I. pursues the following objectives:

• Enhance and protect economic activities by promoting and disseminating the interests of business, professional and consumer groups through the creation of sectoral federations and the strengthening of dialogue and exchange of experiences among member entities.

• Promote business activities internationally, enhancing the quality and specialization of the products and services of the categories represented, with special emphasis on strengthening the “Made in Italy” brand in international markets.

• Protect the collective interests of members by promoting the conclusion of national collective bargaining agreements, conventions and agreements, as well as resolving disputes with public and private entities.

• Fostering professional excellence by encouraging the maintenance of high quality standards in production activities through training and information initiatives aimed at artisans, small business owners and professionals.

• Promote vocational training by establishing training institutes, refresher courses and vocational schools, ensuring adequate preparation and facilitating the entry of young people into the sectors represented.

• Collaborate with agencies and institutions, entering into agreements with relevant bodies, participating in institutional committees and contributing to the development of social security, insurance and labor regulations for the benefit of the categories represented.

• Establish instrumental entities and companies, such as CAFs, patronage institutions, and pensioners’ associations, to achieve statutory objectives and support members’ activities.

• To provide advice to members, offering operational and specialized support to improve the competitiveness and efficiency of businesses and professions.

• Promote access to credit by working with relevant authorities and associations to address business financing issues.
