The National Confederation of Artisans and Small Business Owners (CONAPI Nazionale), as an employers’ association, actively participates in social dialogue with labor unions. It contributes directly to the drafting of National Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCNL) and to the conclusion of protocols and agreements aimed at ensuring a balance between corporate competitiveness and labor protection.

In this context, CONAPI Nazionale enters into federative and interconfederal agreements with the aim of strengthening its presence throughout the country and promoting a solid and cohesive network to support its member companies. These agreements are designed to pursue all possible development and support initiatives in the interest of member companies and to implement the activities of the Bilateral Bodies established directly or in collaboration with the Confederation.

Through this integrated network, CONAPI Nazionale ensures a high level of representation, promoting and safeguarding the indispensable role of entrepreneurship and the liberal professions in the country’s social, economic, and cultural growth.
