The Confederazione Nazionale Artigiani e Piccoli Imprenditori (CONAPI Nazionale), as an employers’ association, actively participates in social dialogue with workers’ unions. It contributes directly to the definition of National Collective Labor Agreements (CCNLs) and to the conclusion of protocols and understandings aimed at ensuring a balance between business competitiveness and labor protection.

Within this framework, the National Co.N.A.P.I. signs federative and interconfederal agreements with the aim of strengthening its presence throughout the country and promoting a solid and cohesive network in favor of member companies. These agreements are aimed at pursuing all possible development and assistance initiatives in the interest of members and implementing the activities of the Bilateral Bodies established directly or in collaboration with the Confederation.

Through this integrated network, the National Co.N.A.P.I. guarantees a high level of representativeness, enhancing and protecting the indispensable role of business and the liberal professions in the social, economic and cultural growth of the country.
