E.LAV. – Bilateral Workers’ Organization

E.LAV., the Bilateral Workers’ Board, is a nonprofit joint body founded on May 12, 2017 by the National Confederation of Artisans and Small Entrepreneurs (Co.N.A.P.I. National) and the Italian Workers’ Federation (F.I.La.).

Its establishment is in full compliance with Legislative Decree 276/2003 and the relevant National Collective Agreement.

Recognized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, E.LAV. is officially registered in the list of bilateral bodies, with the identification code ELAV assigned by the Revenue Agency (Resolution No. 116/E of Sept. 12, 2017). Confirming its operability, INPS, in Circular No. 135 of Oct. 5, 2017, formalized the agreement for the collection of dues intended to finance the body.
