E.LAV. – Bilateral Workers’ Agency

E.LAV., the Bilateral Workers’ Agency, is a non-profit, joint body founded on May 12, 2017, by the National Confederation of Artisans and Small Business Owners (CONAPI Nazionale) and the Italian Federation of Workers (F.I.La.).

Its establishment is in full compliance with Legislative Decree 276/2003 and the relevant National Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Recognized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, E.LAV. is officially registered on the list of bilateral organizations, with the identification code ELAV assigned by the Italian Revenue Agency (Resolution No. 116/E of September 12, 2017). Confirming its operational status, the INPS, through Circular No. 135 of October 5, 2017, formalized the agreement for the collection of contributions intended to finance the organization.
