The National Confederation of Artisans and Small Business Owners (CONAPI Nazionale) considers the protection of health and safety in the workplace to be an essential principle and a strategic value for the sustainable development of businesses.

Through an integrated system of services and training initiatives, the Confederation—including through its affiliated Bilateral Agencies—promotes a culture of prevention and ensures that member companies fully and consistently comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree 81/2008.

CONAPI Nazionale provides ongoing technical and legal support through its collaboration with engineers, occupational physicians, attorneys, and safety experts. It offers mandatory and optional training programs, occupational health monitoring plans, consulting services for the implementation of compliant organizational models, and services such as safety certification and the RLST (Regional Workers’ Safety Representative) service.

With the goal of making safety culture truly accessible, the Confederation also promotes language courses for foreign workers and awareness campaigns aimed not only at businesses but also at schools and the broader community.
