National Survey 2026: Businesses and Integral Welfare.
The Co.N.A.P.I. National Study and Research Center has launched a research project on the integral well-being of workers in Italian micro and small enterprises to understand how companies are addressing increasingly central issues such as work-life balance, mental health, organizational quality and corporate welfare. The project focuses on people and work quality as decisive levers of competitiveness and sustainability over time.
An initial exploratory survey, conducted in 2025, gathered important signals: a strong awareness of the strategic value of well-being, growing attention to people’s living and working conditions, and, at the same time, the presence of economic and organizational obstacles that make the activation of structured policies complex. On this basis, the National Survey 2026 was designed, with a questionnaire dedicated to micro and small enterprises, designed to analyze in greater depth strategic vision, well-being practices, investments, leadership quality, management of stress and psychosocial risks, organizational innovation and the role of bilaterality.
The presentation of the study, the main results of the exploratory phase and the new 2026 national questionnaire, which entrepreneurs, owners, HR managers and organizational figures can fill out anonymously online, are available on the dedicated page. Participating means contributing to the construction of an up-to-date knowledge framework that is useful for companies, social partners and institutions to promote more humane, responsible and competitive business models.
