In today’s complex economic scenario, the timely detection of training needs is an indispensable strategic lever to support the competitiveness and innovation of the production system.

The Study and Research Center of the National Co.N.A.P.I. is promoting, as part of the research project on “Corporate and Training Needs,” a structured consultation aimed at enhancing the cognitive contribution of training institutions, consulting firms and active policy professionals, recognized as privileged observers of market dynamics.

The aim of the survey is to outline a rigorous analytical picture of emerging skills and structural critical issues affecting the growth of the craft and small business sector.

This survey is the preparatory and indispensable phase of a more structured research path, which includes a subsequent direct survey of businesses. The methodological integration between these two levels of analysis will make it possible to return a coherent and scientifically validated overview, functional for the drafting of a final National Report that will offer concrete operational indications to institutional decision-makers, actors of the training system and businesses, fostering the sustainable development of Italian entrepreneurship.
