The Center for Studies and Research of the National Confederation of Artisans and Small Businessmen (Co.N.A.P.I. Nazionale), with the support and interest of the Italian Federation of Artisans and Tradesmen (F.I.A.Com. Co.N.A.P.I.) and theAccademia Da Vinci Training Organization, has launched a survey on the employment inclusion of people with disabilities in Italian businesses.
In a context in which inclusion represents not only a fundamental right but also an opportunity to generate more equitable, innovative, participatory, and supportive work environments, it is of paramount importance to understand how companies concretely implement the right to work of people with disabilities.
The objective of the questionnaire is to collect information useful in the development of effective company policies for the employment of people with disabilities, with particular attention to factors that promote their accessibility in organizational, relational, training and structural terms.
The questionnaire is addressed to:
- Enterprises that employ people with disabilities, to identify good practices, critical issues and needs;
- Enterprises that, while subject to legal obligations, face obstacles in implementing inclusion.
The data collected will allow the development of concrete proposals to strengthen the effectiveness of active labor policies, enhance the social role of business and promote a shared culture of inclusion that places the human person at the center.
The questionnaire is anonymous and the data will be processed in full compliance with privacy regulations.
The results will be used exclusively for research purposes and will feed into a study report edited by the Co.N.A.P.I. National Study and Research Center.
