“The Study and Research Center of the National Confederation of Artisans and Small Entrepreneurs (Co.N.A.P.I. Nazionale) has developed a questionnaire aimed at the ICT, digital and information technology sector, with the goal of gathering comprehensive data for the drafting of a new National Collective Bargaining Agreement, in line with the needs of businesses and workers in the sector.
The questionnaire is structured in two separate sections: one for employers and the other for workers. The questions aim to gather detailed information on working conditions, company policies, adoption of emerging technologies, and priorities of both categories.
Your participation is essential to ensure accurate and complete representation of all stakeholders in the industry to promote a fair and productive work environment.
The data collected will be treated with the utmost respect for confidentiality and handled completely anonymously.
This data will then undergo detailed analysis to identify trends and areas of concern, contributing to a Study Report that will be published on our official channels.
