The challenges of the labor market pose significant issues for our Confederation. The rate of inflation, the cost of raw materials and the need to find qualified personnel put a strain on Italian companies, especially those operating in local crafts, micro and small businesses.

Survey and study: ICT, digital and information technology

The Study and Research Center of the National Confederation of Artisans and Small Entrepreneurs (Co.N.A.P.I. Nazionale) has developed a questionnaire aimed at the ICT, digital and information technology sector, with the goal of gathering comprehensive data for the drafting of a new National Collective Bargaining Agreement, in line with the needs of businesses and workers in the sector.
