The Study and Research Center of the National Confederation of Artisans and Small Entrepreneurs (Co.N.A.P.I. Nazionale) has developed a questionnaire aimed at the ICT, digital and information technology sector, with the goal of gathering comprehensive data for the drafting of a new National Collective Bargaining Agreement, in line with the needs of businesses and workers in the sector.
Bakery, with its rich history, represents a legacy passed down through generations and closely linked to different communities and traditions. Particularly in the national context, this activity assumes a central role, with a fairly widespread presence of bakers in every urban center, village or hamlet.
The Co.N.A.P.I. National Study Report, after analyzing data on women’s employment and gender inequality, aims to promote an inclusive work environment, with a focus on entrepreneurship, in order to enhance the so-called “female genius.” Distinctive characteristics of women such as creativity, perseverance and adaptability emerge from the survey, which are considered essential to meet the needs of contemporary working society. The importance of women’s contribution is emphasized with a view to fostering business, cultural, economic, social and territorial growth in our country.
With the present study, we aim to analyze and compare the collected statistical data, including those obtained from direct discussions with entrepreneurs in the sector, in order to identify the current challenges faced by agricultural enterprises. In parallel, we intend to outline some concepts that, at least in theory, can help promote the development and inclusiveness of this sector.
