E.LAV. is a Bilateral Body established on an equal basis by an employers’ association (Co.N.A.P.I) and the labor union F.I.La. ( Italian Federation of Workers ). The Social Parties have signed CCNLs, E.LAV. intends to provide services and benefits for Employers and Workers in the head of Occupational Safety, Training and Welfare.
