The Bilateral Workers’ Body E.LAV., a national joint body, together with the National Co.N.A.P.I., presents the activities of the Labor Contract Certification Commission.

The presentation press conference will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. at the Chamber of Deputies, Palazzo Montecitorio (Rome).

Contract certification is a protection tool introduced by the Biagi Reform. It is a voluntary procedure (except for the obligation stipulated in Presidential Decree 177/2011) in which a third and impartial party, the Certification Commission, verifies whether a contract has the requirements of form and content required by law.

The benefits are many, from reducing the risk of labor litigation to the distorted use of contracts, with obvious benefits for companies and workers.

The press conference presenting the E.LAV. Certification Commission will also be an opportunity, therefore, to talk about labor, legality, national collective bargaining, vocational training, workplace safety and welfare with experts in the field.
