Women, Employment, Enterprise

The Co.N.A.P.I. National Study Report, after analyzing data on women’s employment and gender inequality, aims to promote an inclusive work environment, with a focus on entrepreneurship, in order to enhance the so-called “female genius.” Distinctive characteristics of women such as creativity, perseverance and adaptability emerge from the survey, which are considered essential to meet the needs of contemporary working society. The importance of women’s contribution is emphasized with a view to fostering business, cultural, economic, social and territorial growth in our country.
