Webinar “Corporate Wellbeing – Training for Workers’ Wellbeing”

25 July 2025 @ 12:00 - 13:00

The webinar “Corporate Wellbeing: training for the well-being of workers” is organized by Conapi Italia, an accredited body of the Co.N.A.P.I. National network, active nationwide in the field of training and counseling, in collaboration with Mentifrice, a cultural association engaged in dissemination on the subject of mental health.

Psychological well-being is increasingly at risk today, both among the general public and in the work environment. According to theeighth Censis-Eudaimon Report on Corporate Welfare, one in three employees is at risk of burn-out. More than 30 percent of workers said they experience feelings of exhaustion, emotional detachment or negative feelings toward their work.

In light of this data, training geared toward corporate wellbeing becomes a particularly valuable and strategic tool. Corporate wellbeing (or organizational wellness) is the set of practices, policies and tools adopted by a company to promote the psychological, physical and social well-being of its employees, contributing to the building of a person-centered corporate culture.

Taking care of the welfare of workers is crucial today: it means increasing productivity, reducing turnover and absenteeism, improving the business climate and strengthening the organization’s reputation.

During the webinar, central topics such as integrating soft skills (stress management, emotional intelligence, effective communication) into corporate training, conscious leadership, team building, coaching, and psychological support within organizations will be addressed.

The webinar is free and registration is required.
