Values

The National Confederation of Artisans and Small Business Owners (CONAPI Nazionale) is a nonprofit employers’ association committed to promoting the Italian economy by supporting entrepreneurs, artisans, merchants, professionals, and self-employed individuals, both those currently working and those who are retired.

Its activities take place in a constructive environment inspired by the principles of ethical transparency and the promotion of work as a fundamental value of the human person.

Objectives

Pursuant to Article 2 of the Bylaws, CONAPI Nazionale pursues the following objectives:

To enhance and protect economic activities by promoting and advancing the interests of business, professional, and consumer groups through the creation of sector-specific federations and by strengthening dialogue and the exchange of experiences among member organizations.

To promote business activities on an international level, highlighting the quality and specialization of the products and services offered by the sectors we represent, with a particular focus on strengthening the“Made in Italy”brand in international markets.

To protect the collective interests of its members by promoting the conclusion of national collective bargaining agreements, conventions, and agreements, as well as by resolving disputes with public and private entities.

To promote professional excellence by encouraging the maintenance of high quality standards in production activities through training and educational initiatives aimed at artisans, small business owners, and professionals.

Promote vocational training by establishing training institutions, continuing education courses, and vocational schools, ensuring adequate preparation and facilitating young people’s entry into the sectors represented.

Collaborate with organizations and institutions by entering into agreements with relevant bodies, participating in institutional committees, and contributing to the development of social security, insurance, and labor union regulations that benefit the groups we represent.

Establish instrumental entities and organizations, such as CAFs, welfare agencies, and retiree associations, to achieve the objectives set forth in the bylaws and to support the activities of members.

Provide consulting services to members, offering operational and specialized support to improve the competitiveness and efficiency of businesses and professions.

Promote access to credit by collaborating with the relevant authorities and associations to address issues related to business financing.
