Nazionale) has developed a questionnaire aimed at the ICT, digital and information technology sector, with the goal of gathering comprehensive data for the drafting of a new National Collective Bargaining Agreement, in line with the needs of businesses and workers in the sector.<\/p>\n

The questionnaire is structured in two separate sections: one for employers and the other for workers. The questions aim to gather detailed information on working conditions, company policies, adoption of emerging technologies, and priorities of both categories. <\/p>\n

Your participation is essential to ensure accurate and complete representation of all stakeholders in the industry to promote a fair and productive work environment.<\/p>\n

The data collected will be treated with the utmost respect for confidentiality and handled completely anonymously.<\/p>\n

This data will then undergo detailed analysis to identify trends and areas of concern, contributing to a Study Report that will be published on our official channels.<\/p>\n
