The National Confederation of Artisans and Small Businessmen (Co.N.A.P.I. Nazionale) has entered into specific agreements with INPS and INAIL for the management and collection of membership dues, union pension contributions and contractual assistance contributions.<\/p>\n

These agreements, provided for by current regulations, allow for simplified, transparent and compliant management of contribution charges by companies and members.<\/p>\n

INPS convention for the collection of membership dues under Law No. 311\/1973<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The National Co.N.A.P.I. (formerly the Italian Association of Bakers Pastry Chefs and Related – A.P.I.), has an agreement with INPS and INAIL for the collection of membership dues pursuant to Law No. 311\/1973, according to Circular No. 64 of 6.4.2011.<\/p>\n

Who can join?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

All companies in the national territory. INPS and INAIL will collect membership dues in the amount and form determined by the Association’s statutory bodies, together with the quarterly fixed amount contributions due by law, in the same manner and periodicity as provided by Article 2 of Law No. 233 of August 2, 1990, as amended and supplemented <\/p>\n

How to join?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Membership can be made by filling in all fields of the prepared forms.<\/p>\n

INPS Convention for the collection of contributions on pension under Law No. 485\/1972.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The National Co.N.A.P.I. has an agreement with INPS for the collection of contributions on pensions due from members, according to Law No. 485 of August 11, 1972, right Circular No. 112 of 26-07-2019.<\/p>\n

The INPS code assigned is AZ.<\/p>\n

Who can join?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Pursuant to Article 23g of the aforementioned Law No. 485\/72, holders of direct, indirect or survivor’s pensions borne by the General Compulsory Insurance for Employees, the special management schemes for the self-employed and any other compulsory social security fund, replacing or supplementing the said insurance, are entitled to pay union contributions by withholding from their pensions. <\/p>\n

The service of collecting union dues is extended to holders of direct, indirect or survivor pensions administered by INPS – Public Employees’ Management, pursuant to the aforementioned provision and as a result of the referral rule contained in Article 11 of Law No. 364 of July 31, 1975. <\/p>\n

What is the withholding amount?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The union withholding is calculated on the gross amount of individual pension installments, including the thirteenth month and excluding family allowances, as well as ancillary allowances to the pension benefits of the Public Employees’ Administration, paid to severely service disabled persons. The same is determined as follows: <\/p>\n

– 0.50 % on the amounts included within the measure of the minimum treatment of the Employees’ Pension Fund;<\/p>\n

– 0.40 % on the amounts exceeding those in the previous point and not exceeding twice the measure of the FPLD minimum treatment;<\/p>\n

– 0.35 percent on amounts exceeding twice the FPLD’s minimum treatment measure.<\/p>\n

INPS Convention for the collection of contributions for contractual assistance established by labor contracts, pursuant to Law No. 311\/73<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The National Co.N.A.P.I. has an agreement with INPS for the collection of contributions for contractual assistance established by labor contracts, in accordance with Law No. 311\/73, right Circular No. 96 of Nov. 29, 2023.<\/p>\n

The INPS code assigned is “W476.”<\/p>\n

Mode of collection.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The collection of contributions for contractual assistance is carried out by INPS together with the collection of mandatory contributions due from employers, as established by Ministerial Decree February 5, 1969, as amended and supplemented, in the same manner and with the same periodicity.<\/p>\n

How much is the contribution?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The contribution, to be paid by the employer, is set at 1 percent of the monthly aggregate tabular pay per employee, to be calculated for 13 months.<\/p>\n
