Diversity, inclusion and enterprise: building inclusive work communities
The Study and Research Center of the National Co.N.A.P.I., following the Memorandum of Understanding signed with UP Training Srl, is promoting a national survey dedicated to the theme “Diversity, inclusion and enterprise: building inclusive work communities,” aimed at investigating how artisan and small- and medium-sized enterprises develop practices of inclusion, organizational well-being and participation in the workplace.
Diversity today represents one of the main drivers of innovation and competitiveness within the production system. Recognizing and valuing differences – of gender, age, ability, background and culture – contributes to the construction of artisan and entrepreneurial contexts that are more open, resilient and capable of creatively addressing market and societal challenges.
This survey aims to detect the extent to which diversity is being transformed into shared value and leverage for economic and social growth by promoting more equitable, accessible and inclusive work environments.
The data collected will be processed within a Study Report useful for defining targeted training paths, customized support services and organizational strategies designed to accompany companies in strengthening their inclusive culture.
Participation in the survey contributes to the development of a network committed to lifelong learning, the centrality of the individual and the dissemination of responsible business models geared toward social cohesion, while strengthening the role of craftsmanship and entrepreneurship in the area.
