It is with enthusiasm that I present the new weekly column, titled “Labor and Surroundings,” edited by Lawyer Mirella Giovino, legal affairs manager of Co.N.A.P.I. Nazionale, in collaboration with myself and the Director of the Study and Research Center, Dr. Antonio Zizza.
The column, airing every Monday at 6 p.m. available for streaming, will address crucial labor market issues such as employment, job training, occupational safety, gender equality and active labor policies.
The chosen title, “Work and Surroundings,” reflects the vastness and complexity of the world of work, with a focus on entrepreneurship and handicrafts, sectors that Co.N.A.P.I. has proudly represented for more than 20 years.
The column will tell the daily stories of our industry and host important national figures, such as General Secretaries, Labor Consultants, Managers, Entrepreneurs and Artisans. It will be a vehicle for open discussion on crucial labor issues, promoting mutual understanding.
The format is divided into three sections: Lawyer Giovino, in addition to the task of moderating the episode, will have the valuable task of introducing the topic of the day and interviewing a guest; Dr. Zizza will present the research results of the Study Center; and finally, I will conclude the column with personal reflections and an entrepreneurial success story to stimulate responsible and social entrepreneurship.
